WATER WATER WATER!! Studying Sports Nutrition at university, attending community weight loss challenges and trying various nutritional regimes myself have lead me to value the importance of water! Everyone should be drinking at least 2.5 litres of water a day (NOT including water consumed during a workout) to ensure optimum hydration levels. Water is such an important aspect of your nutrition; I really cant stress that enough! Anyone want to help me prove it??
