WATERLOO UPDATE A deal has now been agreed with new tenants to take over the Waterloo Hotel pub & bowling green. The Waterloo Bowls committee have been working tirelessly behind the scenes for three months and are delighted that the situation is now resolved. The pub is due to reopen during the next couple of weeks. Mark Audin now has access to the bowling green and yesterday work began preparing the green for the coming season. The committee will be meeting next week to put final touches to our business plan to run the bowls stadium. We realise many people passionate about the Waterloo have been concerned and thank everyone for their patience & support during the past three months.
