WAUCONDA BOWL Based on a post from AJ Pistachio OReilly my husband and I went to Wauconda Bowl last night to see the Pistachio Brothers - a duo that plays Grateful Dead and other fun 60s songs. Lots of tie dye to be seen :). They were really good - glad we went! Admittedly its been a while since I had been there (we had a couple of my kids birthday parties there in the past....oh and a batchlorette party for Irene Colson Ducharme - lol!) I learned that the bowling alley is celebrating its 65th anniversary this year - wow! They also built a large beer garden outside - lots of extra room! So much going on in Wauconda!
