WCHE NEWS - Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan announced yesterday that the D.A.’s office would seek the death penalty in the homicide case against 44-year old Gregory Twyman. The East Fallowfield resident was charged with killing Jamica Woods, his long-time partner and mother of his child, on May 21st in the home that they shared. According to officials, Woods was shot twice with a single shot shotgun. Twyman will be arraigned today, at which time the death penalty notice will be formally entered.
