She cant change that the actual hard science / testing has not been done. MIT is one of the few universities in the US that is not contaminated with Monsanto cash. And you dont need a degree in bioengineering to follow the science. She is citing other papers that show the bodies use of different minerals and enzymes and proteins and the routes of disruption. So you can bark all you want and cry wolf ( and eat as much glyphosate as you care to). But I think the message here is, this singular chemical and the stubborn lack of research on the long term effect of it may be causing world wide disease in many forms. Long term studies of animal consumption of the GMO foods and testing for accumulation of glyphosate in humans is necessary and important. DONT YOU THINK?
