WE ARE ASKING THE COMMUNITY TO BUILD A STRONGER AND STURDIER MOVIE SCREEN. Now that we got a micro-grant, we will be buying a canvas specially designed for giant outdoor screens. There is one company that sells a good canvas, but right now it is out of screen frames, and it will be months until they fabricate the size we need. There is another company that makes a nice screen with grommets, but they dont sell frames. (see the pics below) Which one would look better? The screen frame can be made of PVC pipe, tubular aluminum, etc. We invite any creative and handy neighbors to help us to come up with a portable frame design.
