WE ARE HIRING!!!! Position: Full time bar & venue manager _____ Working as part of a team, your role will be to manage the day to day running of the bar including cash handling, office administration including social media management, stock control, housekeeping and all aspects of staff management including payroll, rot as and recruitment. As a company representative you will work to promote the highest standards of customer service and health and safety, ensuring the integrity of the company’s licenses. Therefor, a personal license is required. Candidates should be knowledgeable about products and have a keen interest in their development. Experience of working in a busy, late night environment with an active interest in music and nightlife is a must. You will be required to show flexibility in regard to working shifts including weekends. Typical shift pattern week to week to be 40+ hours split over five days, usually comprised of 2 nights (3:30am finish) and 3 days (6pm finish). Candidate to be well organised and self motivated. Previous managerial experience, whilst not essential, is preferred. Hours and salary negotiable dependant on experience.
