WE ARE NO-KILL JACKSONVILLE! Last night at Toast to the Animals, Rick DuCharme (First Coast No More Homeless Pets) and Nikki Harris (Animal Care and Protective Services) joined JHS Executive Director Denise Deisler on stage as she made a HUGE announcement: Jacksonville Animal Welfare has achieved No-Kill for the entire 2014 fiscal year! We are now the largest city in the U.S. to achieve this incredible goal. Congratulations, Jacksonville! We could not have done this without you! THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.
