WE HAVE....2 bed ground floor flat in a block of three floors (2 flats per floor so very large flats) in mottingham, currently being refurbished to a very high standard, as it stands it has new bathroom including power shower, new carpets in the living room and bedrooms, REAL WOOD flooring in the hallway and suspended ceiling, all rooms decorated, new front door, in the process of doing the kitchen. The flat has no garden because we have private off road parking. We are situated 5 min walk from mottingham train station and across the road from the shops in mottingham village, also foxes field and park are a 2 min walk, close to schools and bus routes. WE WANT....3/4 bedroom house, looking to stay in and around the same area but may consider others just ask :-D
