There will be huge push for purchasing vote through distributing cash by one party, but keep your goal intact that you need development not cash. For one party, it may be do or die situation, so you may be lured of many freebies, hard cash and a lot of such stuff. You will get the feel good factor of receiving momentary gain, but just remember that the long run impact of your temporal gain will be POOR COMMUNICATION (ROAD/RAIL/AIR & LOCAL HORRIBLE TRAFFIC SITUATION), RAMPANT POWER CUT, INCAPABLE ADMINISTRATION, HUGE UNEMPLOYMENT..
