WE THE PEOPLE........ “WATER CRISIS IN MOHAVE COUNTY TREATED AS POLITICAL GAME INSTEAD OF REAL THREAT! “ This “town hall meeting” was no different than any others presented to us here in Mohave County Arizona throughout the years. Speeches of the elected, the bought and paid for was so deep you needed hip boots to get in the door. It was such an obvious attempt to manipulate the PEOPLE that it makes one wonder just how stupid they think we all are. The most important question is WHY is this local government so worried about the PEOPLE voting on their OWN FUTURES here in Mohave County? Because they (our local illustrious leaders) lose control...thats why! The local establishment (with the use and direction of employees paid for with your tax dollars) spent the evening attempting to deny that an A.M.A. an Active Management Area (which puts the issue on the ballot for the PEOPLE to VOTE on their future of their own water supplies) is not an appropriate solution to this water crisis. The FACTS are that an A.M.A. an Active Management Area is the ONLY solution to STOP Rhodes and others that overdraft the aquifer/water supply. The A.M.A. Active Management Area petition process has already been started by the PEOPLE and will be placed on the ballot for the PEOPLE to vote on. So, although the establishment here would like for you all to think that these decisions have already been removed from YOUR hands they are seriously misguided and are not only lying to themselves but to YOU! As a matter of fact towards the end of the video it is mentioned that this issue will be in just a few selected people’s hands……just take a guess who!!!! Our local illustrious elected officials pulled out all the stops utilizing your tax dollars and wrangling in the big names of the current untrustworthy government. They attempted to convince the PUBLIC that an I.N.S. Irrigation Non-Expansion Area is the only appropriate direction to go in order to protect our water supply because this will leave control in their hands vs control in the PEOPLES hands. They think they have convinced the public with forceful and misleading information that they have the correct solution but they dont! They know it and we know it. WE THE PEOPLE will make the appropriate decisions for ourselves and for the good of ALL citizens here in this wonderful place we call HOME.......Right about now the quote “DON’T TREAD ON ME” seems appropriate!
