WE both played the flute, plus Grace Layne, in the H.s. Band. we both graduated from HS in 1952. I went on to college - 1st, San Diego State University, 2nd, University of Colorado, graduating with a BS in 1956. I then went on to teach HS PE for 1 year in Solvang, CA where I met my husband, Don Condit. I believe that you were heading toward marriage to Dale Putnam? Sometime after that I knew your name had changed to Sheldon - but I dont remember any particulars. My marriage lasted for 30 years, at which time I asked for a divorce. We had had 3 kids together plus 3 more by custody. ( Meaning, we were asked to be custodians of Dons sisters 3, unmarried children - Rob, 17, Kathy 13 and Mike 9. Our 3 were Don3 9, Holly 7, Chris 3. Rob chose to finish HS in SANTA BARBARA, so didnt actually move in with us.) During those years, I really lost track of my life and friends. But I did go to 2 reunions - at which you were not there! And, more than that, nobody knew how to find you. That was very disappointing to me - I wanted to reconnect! If youre interested - this could be continued, but right now I need to eat!
