WEALTH; There are three categories of wealth, from the base physical to the sublime spiritual. The first and the least in essence is material/financial wealth. This category of wealth is always available to every incarnate soul because it is the most rudimentary and self-centered. It satiates the Ego and thrives on pride as it is very transient. It`s vain and fleeting feeling of `contentment` must be mastered and overcome before one can move on. Such personalities rate and respect others based on material and financial success. Just as they believe that their `own` success and respect from other people is also dependent on how many/much they have accumulated too. To them, money brings happiness and joy. Money means a good life and represents success. The next in spiritual ascendency is intellectual wealth which is the active use of reason/reasoning. This is not intellectual as in academics. It has nothing to do with a person`s level of formal education. It is the first stage of an `inner` awakening. This secondary stage values and employs reasoning and memory to great extent. It is curious and inquisitive. It is a rational & objectivity based assessment and valuation of things. It surpasses the first stage but is still within the `finite` realm. Its main attribute is the use of reason and reasoning to answer and solve life`s problem and perplexities. It is a life of inner contemplation. Persons in this category find `their` peace & contentment with every progressive understanding of the world around them and their relationship with it. A walking question mark. No wonder the Master addressed the Ancient Greeks thus, `` Philosophy Without Spirituality Is Dead``. And lastly, mental wealth which is a passive state whereby receptivity is the focus. Mental here has nothing to do with academics or intellectual prowess. Mental here means; devoid of desires/craving. Humility, selflessness, Complete submission and disappearance of self-objectivity in the sublime sense of it. In summary, it is a passive state of pure transcendental receptivity. The `poor` in Spirit. Do you understand what to be poor in spirit means???? (The Beatitudes). This is the pinnacle of all wealth, he that is at this summit do not value nor take interest in the `lower` rungs though he understands their relevance to those on the lower cycle of evolution. But this should not be misconstrued as meaning that someone at this apex category cannot be a billionaire in material/worldly acquisitions. Rather, it is only a matter of choice (freewill) based on the necessity/mission for evolution. However, there are sub-divisions within each category. At any particular point in life, one is occupying a certain sub-division within one of these three categories. Even a careful observation of an individual with respect to his values, usage, character and disposition towards wealth, prestige and the accumulation of riches/possessions will clearly indicate what category of wealth such a `personality` belongs to!!! However, all must travel through the whole categories and even the sub-divisions and the necessary lessons in each learned so that at the apex category, the only enduring wealth is gained !!! then, man will thirst no more. (Any familiarity with the story of Master Jesus and the woman at the well?) When the Master Initiate, Jesus Of The Essenes Brotherhood, The Illumined said: ``It Will Be Easier For A Camel To Pass Through The Eye Of The Needle Than A Rich Man`` It was an indirect reference to the level of evolution occupied by an obsessive/compulsive wealth and material accumulator. He/she is still within the abyss of darkness devoid of LIGHT!!! Held down by the fetters of desires and cravings!!! The untangling will be his `subsequent` missions
