WEATHER BULLETIN NUMBER THREE TROPICAL CYCLONE WARNING: TYPHOON “#RubyPH” ISSUED AT 5:00 PM, 04 DECEMBER 2014 TYPHOON “RUBY” HAS INTENSIFIED FURTHER AS IT CONTINUES TO MOVE WEST NORTHWEST TOWARDS EASTERN VISAYAS. Location of eye/center: At 4:00 PM today, the center of Typhoon “RUBY” was located based on all available data at 720 km East of Surigao City (10.6°N, 132.0°E). Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 205 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 240 kph Movement: Forecast to move West Northwest at 15 kph. Forecast Positions: Typhoon “RUBY” is expected to be at 360 km East East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar tomorrow afternoon.
