WEATHER FORECAST ISSUED AT: 5:00 PM 27 JULY 2014 VALID BEGINNING: 5:00 PM TODAY UNTIL 5:00 PM TOMORROW SYNOPSIS: at 4:00 PM today, the low pressure area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 970 km East of Southern Luzon (14.4 N, 134.4E) FORECAST: Visayas, Bicol region, Mindoro provinces and Northern Palawan will be cloudy with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the southwest to west will prevail over the Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
