WEATHER FORECAST NOVEMBER 17 2014 Batanes, Calayan and Babuyan Group of Islands will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly over the eastern section. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the east to northeast will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east with slight to moderate seas.
