COMMENTARY: When 28 states tried to fight Obumercare, Tennessee sided with Obummer… Why? Our liberal Supreme Court. “The Supreme Court appointed a liberal Democrat to be Tennessee’s attorney general who refused to join lawsuits to take a stand against Obumercare. Now the rights of Tennessee patients have been taken away, federal government mandates have been imposed on our families and businesses as Tennesseans have lost insurance coverage they liked.” Our highest court should reflect the values of Tennessee’s families. Unfortunately, the balance of our Court’s power has shifted hard left! Working with Obummer’s campaign Team? Refusing to Fight Obummercare? That’s not what Tennessee would call justice. It is time to fight back and make our voices heard. DROP THE HAMMER on Tennessee’s liberal Justices…Vote to replace them. Most people leave the polls after voting “yes” on retention simply because they knew nothing about the people they were upholding. I have done it and I know you have. This time is different. You have a reason to say “NO””. Write down these names and take them to the polls with you. Vote them out! Vote NO on retaining Connie Clark, Sharon Lee, and Gary Wade. Do not let the corruption of liberal thinking in Washington extend to our state’s highest law making component. In the words of the immortal Barney Fife, “Nip it in the bud”! Vote “NO’ to retain.
