WEATHER SYNOPSIS: Nov 28 at 0130pm ■ 1 Potential;1 LPA/s;1 Active;2 Threat ■ ☆ TODAYS FORECAST w/in PAR ⊙ 94W SYSTEM a WEAK SYSTEM, RAIN-MAKER near Palau area drifting W to WNW, shows it will move across Southernmost Mindanao to Palawan, & intensify over South China Sea. ⊙ TS 21W(Sinlaku/Queenie) over South China Sea, exit PAR later today. ☆ FORECAST IN NEXT 7 DAYS * within 110E to 160E & Equator to 30N * ⊙ PA2 A STRONG SYSTEM, to show up or it entered the Coverage area on the 29th.
