WEATHER UPDATE - Meteorologist Jason Myers is tracking some strong thunderstorms moving through Southeastern KY. Nothing severe, yet these strong storms may have gusty winds up to 40 mph, frequent lighting, localized heavy rainfall, and small hail. Hail reports of nickel size (in Whitley County) and pea size (Laurel County) have already been reported. These storms are moving eastward around 20mph, and will be closer to Hazard and Harlan around 4:30pm.
