WEDNESDAY MORNING WEATHER UPDATE We are starting the midweek with temperatures in the upper 30s and areas of drizzle and light rain. It will be another chilly day. Clouds will continue throughout the morning. Temperatures will climb only a degree or two by mid-morning. An upper level system will approach from the west coast. Winds will continue from the north and northeast. This will put a chill in the air. Noon hour temperatures will be in the 40s. It will be another cold afternoon with cloud cover keeping solar heating at a minimum. Peak high temperatures will be near 50. Long term - wind changes aloft will clear out the clouds and bring a return of sunshine for Thursday. Temperatures will return to normal by the weekend.
