WEDNESDAY #WERKOUT OF THE WEEK! Equipment needed: Dumbbells. Timer/stopwatch Time: 10 minutes Intensity: moderate to high Four exercises: Airbornes, Spiderman Pushups, Plank, Kneeling Shoulder Press Depending on your conditioning, you may need to work your way up to completing this without stopping. It’s ok to rest if you need to! Part A: Do Airbornes/Spiderman Pushups 1 minute each. Then 45s each, 30s each and 15s each. No rest until done. Rest 1 to 2 minutes before moving on to B Part B: Do Full Plank/Kneeling Press for 1 minute each. Then 45s each, 30s each and 15s each. No rest until done. Add this to one of your existing #werkouts or do it by itself. Challenge yourself by doing this once or twice a week and see how far you can go without stopping. All the best to you!!
