WEEK 3 OF PRIMAL BLUEPRINT AND GARCINIA CAMBOGIA. Quick thoughts after 2 weeks: - Primal Blueprint Diet has been easy to follow and overall I feel great on it! Whole30 Paleo is a better detox and way to start off. -Garcinia Cambogia seems to be working since I am down 6 pounds. Only side effect I have noticed is dry and tingly lips on occasion. Yes, annoying to take 3 times a day, but not sure how to get it any easier than taking a pill:) - I have had an occasional meal off as per Primal Blueprint where I will skip breakfast when not hungry….just like our ancestors had to do when they did have any food. Genetically we are programed to handle this. This not recommended daily as some studies suggest increased heart disease in people that skip breakfast regularly. I would highly encourage you to try this diet or Paleo especially if you are overweight, tired, take several medications, have high cholesterol, trouble sleeping or just want to get healthier overall. Garcinia is still a work in progress, but overall I feel like I am eating less at meals and that weight is coming off without changing diet much other than going from Paleo (more strict) to Primal Blueprint.
