WEEK AHEAD - Sunny Boy says time to get a sneaky wee look at the WEEK AHEAD then . . . . . . . Im going to split it up into 2 x parts me thinks - Monday / Tuesday then the rest of the week. So basically Monday (today) and Tuesday (tomorrow) will be 2 cracking days for MOST, not all. And if we look at the first 2 graphics, we can see the high pressure which is beginning to form over us. And remember the winds from a high pressure system spin off in a clockwise direction, hence why the winds are slightly stronger down the eastern side . . . . . . So onto the forecast for today / tomorrow - Still a wee bit breezy, especially down the EASTERN side of the country, however the winds will ease as we go through the day and into the afternoon. Highs of +12/13 degrees, and dry. Tomorrow should be fairly calm for most us, with TUESDAY also being the best day oh the week, which is just perfect for me, Gusty and wee Sunny Boy travelling down to Anfield for the 25th anniversary memorial service for Hillsborough. Highs of +13/14 degrees and dry. And if you look at the 3rd graphic, we can see Wednesdays rain W beginning to form, with another area of high pressure below it which is heading for Englandshire !! WEDNESDAY should also start decent, with broken cloud but it will slowly get duller as the day goes on, with strong winds / rain over on the WESTERN side of the country, particularly the NORTH WEST. Slight colder in the wind. And if you look at the 4th graphic you can see we catch the edge of a low pressure system that comes in late on Wednesday . . . . . . . with that area of high pressure moving closer towards Englandshire as explained a wee minute ago. The 4th graphic also shows a 2nd area of low beginning to form, but as yet its to early to say where its heading !! THURSDAY MORNING will also be broken clouded and damp, especially up in the NORTH WEST, with Wednesday nights wind / rain clearing slowly . . . . . . but it should slowly get brighter as we move into Thursday afternoon / evening time. GOOD FRIDAY - Sunny Boy says AT THE MOMENT ANYWAY, it looks like the weather will recover for GOOD FRIDAY, which should be a fairly decent day for us all . . . . . Settled. Calm. Dry !!!
