Both events finish in Stuart Park in North Wollongong. ** Road and lane closures, special event clearways and reduced speed limits will be in place along the course and heavy traffic is expected as a result. ** Motorists should allow plenty of extra travel time and keep a look out for cyclists, especially along The Grand Parade, Rocky Point Road, Kingsway and the Princes Highway. ** Motorists and cyclists will be sharing the roadway for much of the trip between Sydney and Wollongong, so follow the directions of emergency services personnel on site. ** Some roads will be closed between 4am and 11:30am between St Peters and Dolls Point, and between Waterfall, Royal National Park and Otford from 6am until 3pm. ** Lanes and roads will be progressively reopened once riders have left the area. ** One southbound lane on the Princes Highway will be closed between Engadine and Waterfall from 5am until midday and the speed limit for southbound motorists on the highway will be reduced to 60km/h from Sutherland to Waterfall from 6am until midday. ** Lawrence Hargrave Drive will be closed southbound between Stanwell Tops and Stanwell Park from 6am until 3pm, but residents will be allowed access.
