WEEKLY UPDATE. Theresa noted that Id been quiet. Shes an intuitive friend and a natural leader - Im just buried a bit in life stuff so just wanted to say that I appreciated people being so kind as to recognize that. Service today was amazing - plates filled with 4 selections, great people to serve and many familiar faces on the line. After a few dozen services, I believe that we finally have a plan for the FOL! Still working on the brochure and design essentials and was happy to get so many thumbs up on the line today to use their images. We got the technology going today with Tadeu Chiarioni on bread, me on hot food, Steven Van on salads, Mar Salmond Pannenbecker on fruits, Joanne Campbell on drinks and David Syvenky supervising, we were able to serve 200+ guests in just about 90 minutes. Wow! Thanks to the entire crew and especially to our guests!
