WEEKS 1 & 2 - So what do I do when I go on my Brisbane River walks? This is a snippet of Weeks 1 & 2 I have a friend to train with, we motivate each other its so enjoyable! - So I have been challenging myself and 19 other girls to live a healthier and more active lifestyle! We check in on a daily basis sharing our food, exercise and general questions about health and fitness. Every fortnight we measure and some weigh in. The slightest modification can produce the most significant results. - Here are my results after the first 2 weeks (sick week 1): ⬇️lost ⬆️gained - Waist (⬇️1cm) Hips (⬇️4cm) Right thigh (⬇️1cm) Left thigh (⬇️2cm) Right arm (⬇️1.5cm) Left arm (⬇️0.5cm) - Thats a total of 10cm GONE!!! - Im so excited for the next 2 weeks and seeing myself and the girls reach new goals and seeing more results - Have a beautiful Monday ☀️
