WEIGH IN DAY: Down 20 lbs in 6 weeks I find the weight loss always slows after the initial 2-4 weeks but slow and steady wins the race! 1-2 lbs a week is better than rapid weight loss as you are more likely to keep it off long term. The scale didnt budge last week and then suddenly I dropped 3 lbs. You have to be persistent as your body changes for the better and keep up the new, healthy habits even when you get frustrated.
