WELCOME DR. RAMSEUR! In an effort to provide administrative support for building administrators who now have added responsibilities for more frequent and more involved responsibilities with the new teacher evaluation plan, Dr. Collins has authorized the hiring of 2 retired administrators. Each will be assigned to 3 buildings in the district and will provide additional administrative support one day a week. We are fortunate to have Dr. Vaughn Ramseur, former administrator for the New Britain public school system, with us on Wednesdays starting this week. Dr. Ramseur will assist with student discipline, building operations, café/bus duty, and any other matters that arise. Most Wednesdays, Ms. Freeman and I are out of the building for meetings at town hall. It will be most reassuring to know that our school is in very capable hands while we are out. Please join me in giving Dr. Ramseur a warm Wallace welcome!
