WELCOME TO KEEPFIT-Kuntaw Kids fb page!!! The concept and ideas in creating this group page aims to promote the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Sports and Physical Fitness Program for Martial Arts, and to rediscover, revive and propagate the Filipino indigenous tradition and other artistic endeavors. First, I would like to thank Celine, the Dubai Police Department of Sports Affair who inspired me, whose insight into the KEEPFIT mission has been invaluable to me, and for their tireless exploration of healthy lifestyle. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Kuntaw parents for their encouragement, to my children & the Kuntaw Kidz for their enthusiasm, patience, training and untiring support to this project. Thank you to everyone who has supported me throughout this developing period. I would not have been able to do this without your precious support.
