WELCOME TO THE LEAGUE! **BREAKING: *Adrian Perterson(MIA) out 4 weeks with injury, giving the rushing title to Arian Foster. *The Bucs have dealt every draft pick away, along with Arian Foster, to grab a brand new championship-ready offense. The Bucs welcomed QB Joe Flacco, WRs Calvin Johnson and WR Tavon Austin into the fold. They also added CB Deangelo Hall and depth at the RB position. So, who has the best WR tandem in The League? Bucs: Calvin Johnson, Cecil Shorts III, Tavon Austin or 49ers: Dez Bryant, A.J. Green, Desean Jackson You be the judge. *Playoffs Scenarios It looks like the Niners, Bucs, Dophins and Chargers hold the first round byes, leaving the Steelers and Jags in Wildcard hell. Each of the wildcard teams will try to advance and face a Adrian Peterson-less Dolphins team for a shot to represent the AFC. Meanwhile, if the Bucs and Niners handle their CPU business, they are headed for a shootout rematch of epic proportions to represent the NFC. There is little to no free agency period, due to the fantasy draft. Most everyone is signed long-term. This sank in with the Bucs, who began trading out of the draft, saying Im not building for the future...I am the future. *Tampa Bay: They are now retooling their entire offense. Calvin Johnson and Cecil Shorts look to play WR, Tavon Austin in the slot and great tight end play will be their hope of a championship. Theyre all in at this point with the roster they have...which is a damn good one. *Miami: Reeling with the loss of Adrian Peterson, they still have enough firepower to win it all. Especially behind that stonewalled offensive line. Theyre hoping for a Steelers/Jags wildcard, which would eliminate one of the USERS for them. *49ers: Everything is going their way in the golden city. Still, lack of a rushing game could be a concern IF someone figures out how to hold their passing attack in check. Their defense hasnt played exceptionally well against the rush. *Steelers: They are victims of highway robbery. The Bucs get in with 4 losses as a bye team, while the Steelers sit at 2 losses as a wildcard, due to the Chargers near perfect season. When the playoffs begin, everyone is 0-0 again. Right? Jags: Theyve shown flashes of championship form, which is good for a team of leftover players. They will come out swinging in the playoffs and either go down with a total of 9 top draft picks in their back pocket, or win a championship and use those pics to build a dynasty. OUR PICKS: Jags win wildcard, then beat Steelers. Fall to Miami in a close scoring affair. Meanwhile, the Niners will torch their way to the NFC Championship, only to find out what Marcus can do when hes in the zone. Falling in upset fashion. BUCS vs. DOLPHINS In a rematch, the Bucs will struggle when trying to stop Adrian Peterson and the Fins will be tested through the air. If Flacco plays flawless, the Bucs will win. The smart money is on the Dolphins and their stud running back. Dolphins 37 - 34 Bucs
