WELL CHECK REQUEST FROM BAY COUNTY FOR A SUICIDAL SUBJECT: His phone was plotting in our county at the 4700 Blk of Howland Rd. stated the vehicle was on the S. side of the building where there is a loop for buses possibly. Named M drives a bright green Ford Focus He states that he has taken sleeping pills and drank wine. He has also sent picture of him with a noose around his neck. He has attempted suicide in the past. Bay County Police needs him checked on. Police did not locate the M where he was plotting at. M was set up with 3 storage units before in Dryden, so he could live there. Plotted phone again , and this plot puts him in Oakland County, nearby where he lives, If you see this bright green Ford Focus, or know where it may be, contact your local 911
