WELL WELL WELL it looks like Housing Benefit section are refusing to pay full housing benefit for the third bedroom that I use for my dialysis treatment a bedroom that has also been deemed by the Council Tax Benefit section to have been specifically adapted for the use as a treatment room therefore giving me a reduced rate of Council Tax , I apparently am expected to make up the shortfall in my rent which is now more than double what im paying , so just been back on the phone to my local MP after having told WDH , in short , that I refuse on moral grounds to pay them the remainder of there rent as the house was rented to med SPEFICALLY FOR TREATMENT .
