~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ WERE NOT GONNA GET USED TO IT ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Olathe, Kansas. Today, July 14. Cars4Less, brand new this year small business that needs FEWER government regulations, FEWER taxes, LESS tax, and ability to PLAN AHEAD for their success and American ingenuity to thrive.....without constant waivers and problems with Obamas nationalist insurance plan (it is hardly a HEALTH plan!), was the host of a REPUBLICAN RALLY for the RE-ELECTION OF Republicans Governor Sam Brownback and Lieutenant Governor Jeff Colyer. Recaps and observations..... (1) As hubby and I approached, walking toward us was one of who we, as Brownbackers, call The Red Shirts with a large hand-made sign text of Quit Lying, Brownback. They ARE Cuts......I made a positive comment about Brownback and moved into the Cars4Less showroom to join the supporters of Governor Brownback and his administration. (2) During OUR rally, there were about 15 or 20 Red Shirts protesters who finally came into the building and stood at the back by the door, swinging their closed fists (a union sign, often also used for the Socialist movement). These Red Shirts are the Kansas teachers union supporters who are self-serving-upset because our Kansas legislature, along with our Governor, passed a law that the school districts can decide on their own whether to retain tenure or not...and....that the education dollar has been cut for Kansas. (3) Red Shirts bleated LIE when message of Kansas now having several million dollar surplus (after their own former Kansas Democrat administrations left a whopping $800 ((and change)) in the Kansas state treasury when they left office. LIE, huh? They REALLY want to go there---pretend concern about lying---while supporting Obama? And, yes, that is NOT a typo.....Kansas had less in its state treasury than many Americans have in their own individual checking accounts. Think about it. This is Detroit story material....from being run by Democrat policies. Kansas went back to its usual common sense in electing Republicans again....and we MUST NOT regress....VOTE REPUBLICAN again this coming 2014 election! (4) So, speaking of Obama.....Governor Brownback did. Not being ugly against the man....simply truthful about his failed policies....the OVER-REGULATION, the HIGHER TAXES, the stresses and ineffectual and dishonest OBAMACARE (see #1 above).....The Red Shirts again bleated.....GET USED TO IT...... They were standing almost directly behind me....Turned, and loud enough....assured them that WERE NOT GONNA GET USED TO IT...... (5) U.S. Senator Pat Roberts spoke---the Brownback Administration has put MORE money into Kansas education, has made Kansas a better place to raise families and start small businesses. On Roberts own re-election to the U.S. Senate, spoke about how Marines always take the hill and he will continue to do so (as a Senator AND a Marine!) in Washington D.C. The final Socialist takeover will not happen....Not on my watch!....... (6) Former Pennsylvania U.S. Senator Rick Santorum (who won the 2012 Presidential primary in Kansas) is travelling with Governor Brownback for support of his re-election. Our Governor was also a former U.S. Senator (for Kansas) and served with both Santorum and Roberts. All are stalwart PRO LIFE and PRO SECOND AMENDMENT.....with main theme FAITH, FAMILY, and FREEDOM.....all three of which are struggling under this transformation happening right before our eyes. (7) We must stop taking America and the above theme of FFF for granted. This is America! It cant happen here.....????---!!!----It IS happening---America IS changing....the transformation to European-style Socialist (and worse) beliefs, values, and living conditions. Whats wrong with the world asked of C.K. Chesterton....Answer: Respectfully submitted--I AM......Every single one of us! (8) Santorum went on how the Left has taken GOD out of America (Socialist-European belief)...A city council in a small city in New York State (ironically named Greece) was SUED because they started their meetings with prayer. Prayer to God that is....NOT Satan or Allah, just in case youre not sure. Went all the way to the Supreme Court. Had to be ruled and was BARELY ruled in favor of being ALLOWED to pray in a country that was created and formed with the principle of PROVIDENCE BY GOD......(forgive us, God, and then you, too, forgive us, George Washington, who fervently believed in Gods providence in helping him fight for and govern our beginning new idea-concept country---never before accomplished in the history of man!)...... (9) Prayer will help for the continuation of Gods blessings---but prayer alone is isolated and friendless without our helping ourselves as well. Ever hear God helps those who help themselves? Or is that saying now too old fashioned for this modern, hip, too cool-entitled culture? Santorum stressed prayer...with WORK. Get out there! WALK for and help support Republican candidates you believe in.....we prefer the conservative ones...the honest ones that live it....WALK THE TALK.....and do your own brand of TALK....fight back (No...were not gonna get used to it. Hear me?!) Faith without action is nothing! STANDING OVATIONS received: ~~Governor Sam Brownback. Lieutenant Governor Colyer. U.S. Senator Pat Roberts. Former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum. (10) At end, mingling and gathering of attendees throughout the Cars4Less lobby. I was approached by a man wearing a yellow tee shirt with printing of CORPORATIONS ARE NOT PEOPLE asking me if I believed they were. What else are they? Of course. After a semi-reasonable conversation, he assured me that I had a right to my opinions. Well, thanks. Only because of America, by the way. No thanks to your Left....and yes, Im not gonna get used to NOT having my opinions....or NOT being able to express them....and NOT living in tyranny fear of who I offend while fighting for the traditions and beauty and freedom of my country and my adopted state of Kansas. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ AMERICA.
