WEST VIRGINIA STATE POLICE PRESS RELEASE Office of Public Affairs Lieutenant Michael Baylous Telephone: 304-746-2198 South Charleston, West Virginia – On Friday, June 6, 2014, the 64th Cadet Class of the West Virginia State Police will graduate in a ceremony to be held at the West Virginia State University, in Institute, West Virginia, at 10:00am, in Ferrell Hall. Twenty-Seven Cadets are scheduled to graduate. Governor Earl Ray Tomblin, United States Attorney William J. Ihlenfeld, II, and Colonel C. R. “Jay” Smithers will be delivering remarks. Members of the media attending the graduation ceremony are requested to be in position by no later than 9:50am.
