WESTMORELAND HOSTS COLUMBUS VA WORKSHOP NEWNAN, GA – On Wednesday, August 6th, 2014, Congressman Lynn Westmoreland will host a Veterans Workshop at the VFW Post 665 in Columbus from 1:00pm – 4:00pm. There will be representatives from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and the Georgia Department of Veterans Service to discuss the opportunities and services they provide, as well as an opportunity to speak about your case with them and with Congressman Westmoreland’s staff. “I want to thank the veterans of Georgia’s Third District for their service to our nation,” stated Westmoreland. “My district office helps with a wide range of veterans’ issues every day, and these workshops aim to make these services more accessible.
