WESTSIDE SPORTS YOUTH DEVELOPMENT is a Non for Profit Organization that is looking for Volunteers, and Student’s that needs their learning services hours to help out with our Youth Football Team. We also teach students how to take Photo, record video and edit all games. WE will also have them conduct interview for the team in our video. W.S.S.Y.D. Team is a program where we take young men/women 14-up make them JR. coaches and give them responsibility as instructor assistance helping the smaller children to learn how to adjust to the obstacle that is in front of them to encourage them to not be afraid to make mistake. We like to take the time to evaluate/monitor our Jr. Coaches on their progress on Leadership building skills we see this as a great way for them to deal with today’s peer pressure and yet develop and idea on a career path.
