WEVE BEEN FLAT OUT WITH THE PRODUCTION OF OUR NEW GIDGET BONDI AND NOOSA MODELS, AS WELL AS FITTING OUT OUR NEW SHOWROOM, BUT WANTED TO GIVE EVERYONE AN UPDATE ON PRODUCTION OF THE NEW MODELS WITH SOME PRODUCTION PHOTOS POSTED FIRST. Well post them in sequence with new photos to follow next week. Photos 1 & 2: To get the best finish the moulds have to be the highest quality finish. Photo 3: Laying up of the gelcoat to the nose section. Photos 4 & 5: Test fitting of the panels prior to manufacturing and very happy with the amazing quality of the finish. Photo 6: The Guards just out of the mould. Photo 7 & 8 & 9: The new one piece body. After a lot of negotiations the body is now manufactured as one complete piece instead of two wall sections and the roof fibreglassed together later. This is so much a stronger method of construction than the original method and very pleased to have now achieved this. Photo 10 & 11: The completed body with the new one-piece body and nose and tail section ready for installation onto the sub-frame More photos to come next week of the complete units and new torsion suspension system.
