WHAT A FEELING!!!!! :-) :-) :-) Since the New computer learners licence test has been introduced less persons are passing on the first attempt! The test now includes equipment and fitness of vehicles! Many do not understand road signs or the rules of the road. My theory classes have so far delivered a 93%pass rate and of those that have not passed the test have passed it on their 2nd attempt. I have not been able to view the test myself and train everything as per the National Road Traffic Act. The Dept of Transport refuses to accept that there are mistakes in their test and the Draft that they have on the ENATIS website enatis.co.za as a download for students wanting to pass the test! It is full of mistakes and confuses the heck out of everyone. I believe that the test they are using is not ligetimate? How can the Metro Police or more the Director of transport allow this? Road Signs are displayed incorrectly, road markings are misspelled. :-) We have the correct answers to any questions and teach this to all learners licence applicants and the feeling they get when they walk out of that class, RADIATES from their faces If you know of anyone in the Pretoria area who needs to do a learners or drivers licence share this on your wall, ......actually share it nationwide :-)
