WHAT A PAIN IN THE A$$ this nutrition assignment was. Be your own dietician and make a diet plan for yourself and have all of the macronutrients within a range of 80-120% of your recommended daily values. Keep Iron and cholesterol in check. My God my nutrition teacher has used me as an example of what NOT to do protein wise on a diet plan, as my first one of what I actually consumed (when I still used protein and mass gainer) 533% of my recommended daily amount of protein! I dont use those type of things anymore. My God my natural diet hits almost 300% without them! FOUR FREAKIN HOURS TO GET THAT ASSIGNMENT RIGHT. This is the one class Im sure Ill actually KEEP my A in for the rest of the semester. Pretty likely in bio for majors though... LOVE BIOLOGY and NUTRITION, especially since were on the exercise part now (which we did the cellular aspect of at the beginning of bio for majors, cellular respiration, but it hits it a little different in nutritional biology though its really all the same thing). Im still quite tempted to change my major to biochemistry later. Ugh, that gets nasty though, of course they all do if you want a masters (and long before that) Ill still be doing pre-requisites all next year before I get to the really cool stuff. Im just so ready to branch off from this for a couple of years to go and get my trainer certification. I just dont know where Im going to move to for that yet, Im sick of Oklahoma, there isnt a damn thing here for me. Just my Dad, Id be lost if I couldnt harass him regularly.
