WHAT DO YOU SEE??????.........If I showed a picture of a tree to someone and asked, What do you see? Im sure the answer would be, A tree. If I then showed them a picture of a mountain and ask the same question, the answer again would be obvious, A mountain. I could go on and on with pictures of things we see in life everyday and would always get the expected answer.......Now if I showed someone a picture of Dale Ernhardt I dont think they would say, A man. They would naturally say Oh, hes a race car driver, or a picture of George Bush would get the response, He was president of the US. A picture of Mother Teresa would get a similar response of what she was or did opposed to what she is, A woman. If I showed a picture of YOU to someone who knew you personally what would be the first thing that came to their mind? Oh, thats a woman or human. No! they would say Thats ( your name). Then they might add, He of she is a Mechanic or housewife or maybe say you are a good person or a good friend. There are places in the Word of God where people who did a lot of good things or acted a certain way but when they came before the Lord he said , I never knew you Who we are or what we do on this earth may gain us friends or a reputation here, but what about our relationship or reputation with our Lord and Savior? What good is it if a man gain the whole world but loses his own soul. If my life is not producing the fruit that will cause others to see Christ in me then I need to re-examine my life and relationship with Jesus. Now if you will, sometime take a picture of yourself and stare into that picture and ask yourself, Who is this? What will Christ say when He looks at you? WHAT DO YOU SEE?????????
