WHAT INSPIRES YOU? At least once a week Im asked what motivated me to write Kronos Rising or where I got my inspiration for the book/story. Inspiration comes from many places, and being able to draw upon real life experiences is never a bad thing. This video shows one of my favorite fish - the Goliath grouper. When you see the diver, you can appreciate the size of these behemoths. Some of these fish top 600 lbs, and I personally know a free diver who swam past (and then quickly away from) a fish that was 1,200 lbs minimum. If you want the mother of all adrenaline rushes, coupled with a healthy dose of cold fear, just drop your line down to one of these babies and hold on for your life.
