WHAT IS THE SNIP, CHIP & DIP CAMPAIGN ABOUT? Just sharing a moment with both rescue horses & the humans who spend precious time trying to help them when the going gets really tough! (First picture) Hollys Joe spent many hours in this cold water trying to free this poor mare who slipped into this river, she was badly injured and needed urgent medical attention but had to be removed first from the river, Peter, Sean and many more volunteers spent many hours supporting her rescue)! Our charities & rescue centers across the country then nurse & care for these unfortunate animals continuing their rehabilitation by making sure they return to heath they are chipped by our vets, pass-ported & stallions are gelded ready be adopted/fostered out to a new happy life with wonderful families and we simply couldnt continue our work without their on- going support! It takes special people to come out on a freezing cold Boxing Day when most people are watching TV snuggled up at their warm fires to jump into freezing water on a pouring, cold day to empathize with these desperate rescues! It takes a amazing person with an huge heart & unconditional love to do something like this! Thank You All who took part! And those who sponsored or donated in any way!
