WHAT LITTLE THING CAN YOU DO THAT TO HAVE A BETTER DIET THIS WEEK? Sometimes looking at our diets as a whole picture can be overwhelming. Sometimes its best to break down your diets bit by bit so that youre doing it little by little. I know it may seem easier to tackle it 100% but often times youre not committing to it when you do that when it be better to commit to it little by little and actually succeed? Try this technique this week do little by little and just see what happens. Change one thing that you normally do. It can be something simple as having fruit instead of ice cream for dessert. Or it can be something as little drinking black coffee instead of mocha. Whatever it is decide that today youre going to do this for the next seven days and its going be simple.
