WHAT THE HELL? Are you serious?! A 5 YO suspended for threatening a classmate with a bubble gun? (Story is below) Wow- dont school officials have anything better to do then harass little kids? Like-- their jobs? Way to go mom! Sue the school and have the suspension dropped! Its so stupid- why did this ARTICLE even make the news? :$) Ummm- a 10 day suspension for it? Are they SERIOUS??? I wonder if it goes in her permanent school record :-) that would really suck. Leave the kid alone and pick on someone your own size guys :-( News Article: A 5-year-old Pennsylvania girl who told another girl she was going to shoot her with a pink Hello Kitty toy gun that blows soapy bubbles has been suspended from kindergarten. Her family has hired an attorney to fight the punishment, which initially was 10 days for issuing a terroristic threat. But her punishment was reduced to two days after her mother met with school officials and had the incident dropped to threatening to harm another student, which apparently carries a lesser punishment. Its laughable, Robin Ficker, the girls attorney told FoxNews. This is a girl who had no idea about killing or what happened in Connecticut.
