WHAT TO EAT After reading about hundreds of diets, various ways of eating, self proclaimed food choices, blah, blah. One thing is for sure, we are confused about what to eat and how to make Simple and Healthy food choices. When some one says sugar is toxic, gluten makes you fat, dairy is not for humans, fats is harmful, alkaline food is good and almost all of what you and your family have been eating since hundreds of years is wrong, because some idiot dietician tells you so or some crappy health magazine asks you to do so. Then how do you chose what to eat and how to make healthy choices. One simple rule will actually remove all your confusions forever. You dont have to listen to any self proclaimed expert or so called celebrity trainer or dietician. This one rule is so simple that you wont go wrong when making food choices in ur everyday life. EAT WHAT YOUR GRANDPARENTS ATE It is that simple, if they dont recognize something as food u better avoid them. Now it does in no way means to give up any food. But to enjoy those foods occasionally and in regular days eat what ur grandparents have been eating for centuries.
