Along with the revenue growth, Wake Up Now has allocated a significant amount of capital relative to its revenues in an attempt to improve the foundation to scale and expand its business. These capital expenditures have been, and in most cases will continue to be, allocated to the development of proprietary nutritional and digital products, physical inventories of consumable products, including the popular ThunderTM energy drink, further development of its proprietary back-office software platform and an e-commerce platform. Other capital expenditures have included the build out of a fully equipped multi-media studio complete with green screen, lighting, cameras, editing, and sound equipment, the build out and furnishing of its 22,600 square foot leased office space, and the staffing and training of a growing customer service department. These capital expenditures, significantly increased operating losses during in the last many quarters.
