WHAT YOU HEAR ABOUT RUSSIA IS JUST WRONG (Part Five) Victoria Nuland, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, delivered a telling speech at Georgetown University December 12, 2013, while the EuroMaidan was raging in Kiev. Her narrative overlays what the US has done for decades: instigate riots which is the precursor to the pre-arranged coup. Note her comment at 7:45 about how $5 billion dollars that has gone into preparing this takeover. Thats the clue. This coup has been in the works for years following the template of the color revolution.
