WHAT are the TRICKS AGENCIES use during the NLRC CLAIM PROCESS? Being aware of NLRC process is not sufficient, you also need to be aware of the negotiation techniques and all the tricks agencies use. Read and learn how to deal with it, because without learning hwo to deal with it could mean you get low payout (PHP10K, 20K or 50K) vs big payout PHP150K, 200K or more. Agencies use these tricks to make you withdraw your case (no payout to you) or pay you a lot less than your original claim. They think you are just unaware they HWS/FDW/DH and they scammed you once, they can trick you again. Common tricks agencies use are: - agency does not turn up for the mediation, they say overseas agency is not cooperating (ask court to issue arrest warrant against agency) - overseas agency no longer their partner (not your problem, Pinas agency still needs to pay you), - they shed crocodile tears (im a poor agency, what a lie), - throw big names (give big titles to agency owner e.g. president, to make you feel scared of big titles...lolz, they are just an ordinary agency), - threaten you (agency is rich and powerful, and well connected ... you can file additional complain for the threats and they will be in deeper trouble).
