WHAT is A Course in Miracles? Jesus….. says it best…. And he also say’s WHY he is the is in charge of the process of Atonement… why everyONE should have the full GIFT of this course with Jesus as the Guide in charge of the Atonement… in charge of teaching those TWO VOICES - one The Real Atonement which instantly heals…. AND the other the ego’s atonement which instantly destroys. Jesus makes it easier since he speaks both tongues so to speak… and always repeating “there is no compromise BETWEEN THE TWO…” Jesus teaches it best… “5 We are the holy messengers of God who speak for Him, and carrying His Word to everyone whom He has sent to us, we learn that it is written on our hearts. And thus our minds are changed about the aim for which we came and which we seek to serve. We bring glad tidings to the Son of God, who thought he suffered. Now is he redeemed. Perception is not knowledge, but it can be transferred to knowledge or cross over into it…. 13 The Holy Spirit, the shared Inspiration of all the Sonship, induces a kind of perception in which many elements are like those in the Kingdom of Heaven itself. 14 First, its universality is perfectly clear, and no one who receives it could ever believe for one instant that sharing it involves anything but gain. 15 Second, it is incapable of attack and is therefore truly open. This means that, although it does not engender knowledge, it does not obstruct it in any way.[Third, it is an unequivocal call to love. The Holy Spirit promotes healing by looking beyond it to what the Children of God were before healing was needed and will be when they have been healed. He teaches you how to keep me as the model for your thought and to behave like me as a result. 31 The power of our joint motivation is beyond belief but not beyond accomplishment. What we can accomplish together has no limits because the Call for God is the call to the unlimited. Child of God, my message is for you to hear and give away as you answer the Holy Spirit within you.” 26 The Holy Spirit is the way in which Gods Will can be done on earth as it is in Heaven. Both Heaven and earth are in you because the call of both is in your will and therefore in your mind. The Voice for God comes from your own altars to Him. These altars are not things; they are devotions. Yet you have other devotions now. Your divided devotion has given you the two voices, and you must choose at which altar you will to serve. The call you answer now is an evaluation because it is a decision. The decision itself is very simple. It is made on the basis of which call is worth more to you. 27 My mind will always be like yours because we were created as equals. It was only my decision that gave me all power in Heaven and earth. My only gift to you is to help you make the same decision for yourself. The will for this decision is the will to share it because the decision itself is the decision to share. It is made by giving and is therefore the one act of mind that resembles true creation. You understand the role of models in the learning process and the importance of the models you value and choose to follow in determining what you will to learn. I am your model for decision. By deciding for God, I showed you that this decision can be made and that you can make it. 28 I promised you that the mind that made the decision for me is also in you and that you can let it change you just as it changed me. This mind is unequivocal because it hears only one voice and answers in only one way. You are the light of the world with me. Rest does not come from sleeping but from waking. The Holy Spirit is the call to awake and be glad. The world is very tired because it is the idea of weariness. Our task is the joyous one of waking it to the Call for God. Everyone will answer the Call of the Holy Spirit, or the Sonship cannot be as one. What better vocation could there be for any part of the Kingdom than to restore it to the perfect integration that can make it whole? 29 Hear only this through the Holy Spirit within you, and teach your brothers to listen as I am teaching you. When you are tempted by the wrong voice, call on me to remind you how to heal by sharing my decision and making it stronger. As we share this goal we increase its power to attract the whole Sonship and to bring it back into the Oneness in which it was created. Remember that yoke means join together and burden means message. AND in charge of the teaching-learning process for removing all the blocks to the awareness of love’s presence correcting the thinking errors of the ego’s atonement which is sickness and death instantly. Jesus you teach me the comparisons with your own life examples and there is no fear or guilt in choosing TRUTH The Gift God when you switch to being in charge of the ego’s atonement curriculum. Those transitions are natural with you. Your own personal examples of being a man here are similar to all who are in this form on this level and can be easily used for guidance here and now. The most extreme and dramatic seem to be the most recognizable as blocking the awareness to love’s presence and truly helpful. The CRUCIFIXION – the ego’s atonement curriculum your own personal example of sickness and death of the flesh literally as you ELECTED at that given time, ….COMPARED to THE OPPOSITE WHICH POINTS TO TRUTH …RESURRECTION of the body though not the wall of flesh. TO live again with a body as God the Giver of Life WILLS and which was CREATED to demonstrate you are not an ego. Jesus…. “And now I place you in His hands, to be His faithful followers, with Him as Guide through every difficulty and all pain that you may think is real. Nor will He give you pleasures that will pass away, for He gives only the eternal and the good. Let Him prepare you further. He has earned your trust by speaking daily to you of your Father and your brother and your Self. He will continue; now you walk with Him as certain as is He of where you go; as sure as He of how you should proceed, as confident as He is of the goal and of your safe arrival in the end. 5 The end is certain and the means as well. To this we say Amen. We will be told exactly what God wills for us each time there is a choice to make. And He will speak for God and for your Self, thus making sure that hell will claim you not and that each choice you make brings Heaven nearer to your reach.
