WHEN FAMILY SERVICE KNOCKS AT YOUR DOOR When Family Services Knocks at your door to investigate your home, your children, your private affairs, they are violating your Right To Privacy. They are taking a position of wardship tenures on you AND your child, you being the ward of the state . If you hire an attorney, you are his client and instantly you become a ward of the court. If you are chattel property, or a ward of the state (same thing), then so are your children. The condition of the Mother (not father) determines the condition of the child. We have included a fundamental letter in response, inclusive of supportive case laws, to utilize immediately when they knock, or leave a calling card. Be sure to send a copy to the Supervisor of the so-called case-worker and to the Head of that Department and the Head of that State Division. Take your stance firmly, as only Mothers can do.
